Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping: 5–10 business days Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping We ship to 237 countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
